1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until expiration
- Your account will automatically revert to the free plan
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing service use
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same service
- Service Disruption: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide transaction details and reason for refund
- Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Promotional credits or discounts
- Services used for more than 50% of the subscription period
- Violations of terms of service
